if i change my streeing wheel for a none airbag wheel
will all airbag stop working

No mate, but you DO need to fit a resistor across the old airbag connectors to "fool" the airbag control into thinking that there still is one there, otherwise your airbag light will be on all the time.

A search on here will tell you what size.

Also, you HAVE told your insurance, haven't you? Most are OK with it, but some can get funny..............
