Default Sound Deadening the Rear

My STI has a 3" full decat system with only 1 box at the back and 19" alloys and it was a little loud on long runs especially as we are expecting a baby soon.
The road noise was probably worse than the exhaust at 70mph and I looked at sound deadening the back of the car.
I got some Edead soundproofing from EBay I used 30 square feet for the boot and back seat (one roll) and it’s not that heavy nowhere near as heavy a centre box anyway.

I stripped the back seats out and remove the boot carpets and wiped where I was installing the material with Tardis.

Because of the shape of the boot floor I used very small pieces rather than large strips as it’s much easier to fit.

The road noise and exhaust are much quieter in the front I haven’t had anybody in the back yet but I think it’s done its job and still sounds fantastic on full chat
