New rev dial spindle bits.....?

er so where can u buy a new motor spindle rev bits & bobs as mine is seemingly **** up!?!?!?
I'm looking 4 the jobbies that u find behind the actual dial & which the needle is attached onto as the needle has no intention of returning to it's rest position & having removed it as far as i can to c if there is owt obvious that can be done to help it back to a healthy state. However in the absence of suck obstructions etc it wood seem im in need of new workings to my rev dialy bits so please can sum1 enlighten me as 2 who might be able to supply me with such a device for an impreza turbo of UK origin MY97 ie up to 9000rpm? Kum on people who can help me out now im open 2 suggestion whether biased or otherwise......
