I am attempting to fit a single din blanking plate as per the photograph.

I can see the 2 x screws to remove the cup-holder, but cannot see how to pull out the trim around the gear gaiter - it looks like one big piece and I don't wish to pull too hard and brake it.

The single din panel has to be screwed into the cage which would hold ICE.

Any suggestions (I have performed a "search" but did not find a thread that helped).

Pull the rubber gaiter (gear lever) to one side to reveal some more screws (x4) I think?
Then the plastic trim panel should come off. You will then easliy work out how to do the rest.
