Default Boost guage question

I want to put a boost gauge in my car, It also has to be 52mm as i'd like it to go in an A pillar pod as i dont want to drill holes in my dash for a centrally mounted gauge.

Maybe i'm being a bit of a fashion slag but it has to be a jap gauge with a white face to match my clocks. What is available?
I love the blitz DC gauges but only seem to come in 60mm and i cant find a pod for 60mm gauges! Defi's are class but have the same problem drilling holes in the dash.

Maybe someone has a better idea for me?

Can anyone advise me of what there is and where i can get one?

My car is a pre facelift WRX.

Cheers in advance
Adam

Not sure what you mean about drilling holes in the dash.
I have a pillar mounted DEFi 52mm boost gauge. Zero drilling required to fit.

Oooooo! The 52mm Defi's sound good! I did look but couldnt find any! Where can i get one of them?

I meant drilling holes in the top dash the dash above the heater vents to fit wires and vacuum pipes. If you see what i mean. I'm useless at explaining things! I Think having a pillar mounted one would be alot tidyer.

Also when you fitted a pillar mounted boost gauge, how did you route the vacuum pipe and the wiring? Although with Defi's am i right in saying you dont have to route a vacuum pipe to the gauge itself but to a sort of control box?

OK. I've found the 52mm defi's at EDO performance.
Does £105+vat sound about right for the boost gauge?
They also do the Defi control unit V2.

If i were to buy these, How do you wire the bad boys up? I'm not scared to get my hands dirty, i'd just like to know what i'm getting in to 1st.

Adam with the defi's you get a manual with each gauge which shows you how to connect them up a couple of hours work tops I have the 60mm gauges in mine dead easy to wire up.
