Get a centre pod for it, loads on eBay, but as always you pay for what you get.

Subaru Impreza Triple Gauge Pod on eBay, also Centre Consoles Dashboards, Interior Styling, Car Tuning Styling, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 26-Jan-08 13:03:15 GMT)

Subaru Impreza 3 Gauge dial pod on eBay, also Dial, Dash Switch Custom'n, Interior Styling, Car Tuning Styling, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 22-Jan-08 20:48:03 GMT)

the Sti 3 doesn`t have the glovebox on the top of the dash making a pod look wrong in the centre without blending in or flocking imho

IIRC, the gauges are held on with a jubilee clip style bracket

Make one based on the Miltek pod then, buy a vent of eBay and some fibreglass and away you go.

this is the ones i was thinking of, or something like this anyway
Autometer Roll Cage Gauge Pod and Other Jeep Parts and Jeep Accessories by 4 Wheel Drive Hardware

What about this, It might fit infront of the roll cage? They take 60mm gauages.
