will fitting gauges effect the warrenty ?

i was wondering if the fitting of boost, oil temp and oil pressure gauges would effect the warrenty at all.

Possibly - ask your dealer.

The rationale is that you are putting something on the engine that was not "original", so if it lets go you could find that they have a get-out clause...

...but if you can prove that the gauges (moreover, the senders) had nothing to do with the failure, you'd be on pretty solid ground.
