Looking at the 3 point Willans harnesses from Larkspeed. They come with the 1" eye bolts. Will these fit straight into the usual bolt holes (rear seat belt, 2 x driver seat belt points).

Do I need stress plates? (wot are these ) Or do I just get the harness & bolts?
