fitting version 4-6 interior into an early classic pitfalls?
Im thinking of putting a 97-00 STi interior in my 96 WRX. however was just thinking the window/door lock switches are differnt on early cars, will the wiring for the switches on a facelift doorcard match up ok? what about where the plastic meets the dash, wont this be different?
basically would a transplant of all seats and doorcards be succesful?
thanks.

Seats will swap stright in
Door cards I'm not too sure. As you say the plugs may be different for the switches, but the door panels are shaped to the dash, so unless you are changing the dash (major work!) you might be left with a gap between the door card and the dash or worse the door card pushed hard against the dash
I'm sure it can be done but how much work do you want to take on?
Not trying to put you off
