Help have taken the old bus steering wheel off my scooby for a nice new momo one without airbag so what i need to know how do i store the bloody old one i mean can the airbag still go off if it is not connected.Will it be safe to store in my roof or should i just put it in my shed.It came out of a 97 >if that helps as i don't really want it blowing a hole in my roof

 

I don't see how it could go off when it's no-where near any current........ mines tucked in the loft..... safe as houses...

 

If its stored away in a box in the roof, no problem! If you leave it stored with old wires and junk bundled in a box, remove the wires n junk!
A/Bag manufacturers spares packs are stored in this way too for at least 15 yrs, so your roof is safe!
