Have you checked with your insurance company ??

One of our members wanted a roll cage and when he phoned up they wanted another £1250 on top of his premium !!!!! they also informed him that if it was not claimed for his insurance would be void !!!!!

Be careful with the insurance matter

OMP do a kit for the classic which retains the rear seats

it bolts in so no welding
only 2 problems apart from getting the centre hoop in !
you loose the sun visors & the glove box ( pre face lift )
ps it put the insurance up £350

They view it as you'd be more inclined to take risks and that you'd be more likely to track the car or enter competition.

and also if you have an accident you are more likely to get hurt if you're not wearing helmets etc.

Personal Injury claims are really expensive for insurance companies.
