Question Gear **** question

Bit of a silly one, but can anyone tell me what the thread size is of the gear stick shaft.
I am trying to buy a new **** and the supplier needs to know the thread size!
It is for a JDM 96 WRX.

Is it the OE **** you're after? Can't help on that I'm afraid but the Momo ***** are fantastic and very popular - and they don't screw on so no problem there!

No idea what size it is I am affraid, but just a suggestion.....

Perhaps unscrew and take into B&Q or similar (a motor factors would be better), and try several bolts until one fits. Then take a note of the size.

Just a suggestion, as I know my local motor factors have been very helpful with such things in the past.

Also you can take you car to a good engineering company unscrew the **** when you get there and if you ask nicely they will check thread size using a die.
