Default anyone tell me how to remove my rear seats?

i have no problem with the bottom bench in my 93wrx but i am having trouble taking the rear/top (back rest) part out. i have noticed that there is some bolts holding it in place at the sides. once removed it seams like the bench is still attached to the rear shelf???? can anyone help?

there are 3 bolts in my P1... one on either side, and one in the middle. then its just a case of lifting the seat up, over the hooks on which it rests...

mind you i have an annoying squeak in the back now whenever someone gets in, dont think i've hooked em back ono properly!

Thumbs up how too remove rear seats??

hello,i removed mine recently,i own a my93 import wrx,yes its the same, basically remove the 3 bolts at the bottom, then slightly pull the bottom out and then lift at the same time, once removed ull see the 3 hooks that it is attached too and the bars on the back of your seat, for fitting just do reverse of removal, but double check that the bars have gone in to the hooks(they may seem like there in place, just look in the back window to see or push at top of chair,if they squeak then there not in place)wot i had to do a couple of times is just push a little on the top of the chair while the bottom is pulled out then pull it down onto the hooks together at the same time.(u may have to do this a couple of times).i hope this helps ya......scogsywrx.
