Default clock change?

Ok I have been looking and found a really nice Sti its an N reg low millage but I really wont the white dials with digital odometer can you change the clocks from a V3 model into a V2 model or is it way too much grief and I should buy newer if I can?

Or can you buy different clocks and have them wiered in dont mind doing it as long as I got the wiring diagrams
Im a little feed up with the black face dials and after I had a digital read out on my millage on my Gti-6 I kinda wont white and digital come on guys any input here would be good it means I can look at some very nice 96 models that i have found at good prices and there all STi's as well

V4 onwards gets the white dials, im not sure but you may have to change the gearbox to use the white dials because the older gearbox's are cable driven to get a speed reading and v4 onwards are electric.
