i have red one's and they are getting a bit grubby has anyone ever put theirs through the washing machine, or does it knacker them up?

 

I use a Vax on mine, works a treat.

I personally wouldn't put them through the washing machine.

But if you do can you let me know how you get on?

Something that I do that works a treat on my black embroidered Impreza 2000 Turbo mats, is to vacuum them, then use a damp cloth & scrub in Ambersil Groom, or similar car interior foaming spray, & leave to dry. You'd be surprised at the difference. Tried to machine wash once, but couldn't fit the buggers into the machine in the first place!

 

"Valet" - Foam spray from a car accessory shop will clean them like new very quickly.
It will also do inside your roof, seats etc.. for that matter..
