Hi All
Can you help I want to fit the Gauge pack (Oil Pressure, Oil temp & Boost) to my UK300. However the Main Dealer item seems very exspensive (Case £69.95, Gauges £675). What are the alternatives, does anyone else do the pod or am I best getting that from the main dealer and gauges elsewhere?
What gauges are best
Regards to most
Pete

Pete,
The below is the carbon pod + Defi guages availiable from Nitosport. About £750-800 inc fitting if I remember correctly.
Or you can buy a normal colour matched hood and the Defi setup from New Age Motorsport for around £450-500 + Fitting.
Both look the mutts IMHO.

Pete,
I originally had a single Subaru/Lamco boost gauge fitted to my MY01, but found it a bit small, and the backlighting to dim.
I have now changed to a Defi gauge, which aswell as being much clearer also has the advantage of being able to display peak boost.
IMHO they are the best.

Do you have any pics PCB? I'm looking at getting a boost gauge on mine so after ideas.

i must say the gauges do look better but with the genuine scooby ones all the connectors are there you just follow the instructions dead easy and you get a proper loom to fit between the radio where they take power from dead easy to fit cept do it wen u need a service as you get a new sump plug with a temp sensor in and it makes a mess if you try to put it back in with oil coming out!

Orbv,
I'm looking to get a boost gauge fitted so would be interested in seeing how your Defi looks fitted.
Also couldn't help noticing your Radar detector hanging from the windscreen. I can highly recommend forking out £3.95 for an ultragrpper (try

Anyone have a pic of the New Age ones?
Hate to say it but don't like the carbon Nito pod.
BTW PCB, thought you might like to know, you are about to run out of petrol, according to your pic anyway
