Can anyone tell me if the sti pedals as seen on some web sites just click straight on or do you have to modifiy your current pedals? I don't fancy having to drill pedals.

Are there any other after market pedals on the market that do not require to be drilled on to current pedals or a straight swap?

No they just fit straight over the top.

Very simple and quick to fit.
