Door Trim Rattles ???? Fixed Mine :-)
#2
Along the bottom edge, left/right had sides and I placed some near the speaker grill to stop any vibrations from the sound.
On the back of the door trim itself, not on the metal.

Read a while back that the use of window/door draft excluder tape i.e. the one with the brush pile not rubber on the door trim helps get rid of the nasty door trim rattles.
So this weekend thought I'd buy some and try it, £2.00 with plenty for 2 doors. Easy to stick on, can't see it once door trims are replaced and now I've got no rattle, even when the stereo is loud.
Whoever suggested this........ THANKS !!
At the same time I also back combed (:-)) the brush pile which holds the windows in place, they where as flat as a pan cake. After this I had no rattle from the windows.
Nice bit of maintenance.
