I found an excellent one some months back: a tiny glass bottle with a wooden screwfit lid and a lace through the lid.
The oil in the bottle soaks into the lid and makes the car smell nice, and the lace can be slid through it's hole tightening it onto the indicator stalk.
Just to be mean, when I tried to buy a new one, I couldn't find one the same, so I went into "Bodyshop" and bought 3 bottles of "Relaxing oils" for £5 the three, and have already refilled my little bottle twice!
