Being a complete **** in the mod department - I'm looking for the easiest set of guages to fit.

The defi link ones, although rather expensive compared with others, seem to be the easiest to fit and look the dogs - does the link unit just plug into the under-dash socket and that's it?

also - I'm assuming the boost guage connects to a socket already provided on the turbo.

I know there are cheaper alternatives, but I like the look of the defi's - and I don't mind paying extra for ease of installation.

this little tool ( expensive at around £70) but helps you stay clear of the important bits

you get to keep the OE oil pressure dash light as well

does any1 have pics of how their sensors are fitted on a UK MY1999 please.


have been told that u need an extra bit to connect the temp sensor into, does any know what, part number, pics.


any help would be most grateful.


an installation guide some1 on here has done would also be helpful. the defi fit guides are not too clear.
