can anyone suggest a site where i can get a cheap knocklink. preferably with international delivery. is it hard to install? will it report coming engine failure due to failing sensors?

I think there are only a couple of suppliers in the uk.
Try here. They should be able to help.
The knocklink just listens to the engine for unwanted noises...
ie... it will pick up on the engine detting.
If this is left un-checked, major damage can occur
I believe the knocklink is fairly easy to fit.

very easy to fit, just use one of the bolts on the top of the engine for the sensor, run the cables to the control unit, connect a live to it and thats it, one of the easiest things i've fitted.
