I have an STi8 MY03 and am not happy with the standard seats. I don't feel they give enough support and in fact a lot less than my previous P1 or even the classic WRX.

I am looking at Cobra and others. Has anyone got any advice?

i have just put in some corbeau carrera red,they fit like a glove and look like they grew there.

 

are they side mount seats? I'm looking for some bolt in rails to take some side mount sparco EVO seats

If your original seats have airbags then it would be wise to check with your insurance company to make sure you are not going to invalidate your policy. I say this as when I was looking into changing my WRX seats I was told I would be invalidating my insurance policy as the car no longer met the spec of a UK car.
