Had a loan MY03 WRX last week whilst my MY02 WRX was having some corrective surgery at the dealer. I liked a couple of things over and above mine but didn't like the seats (buckets in my current motor). Seemed to lack a bit of support around the shoulder area in particular which although after a couple of days I got used to I did prefer the older types. These new ones seem to have side air bags?

Been thinking of upgrading to an STI 8 (not sat in one yet) but wondered how the seats compared - are they the same as the WRX but covered differently?

Also, no red STI? anyone heard of plans to include this in the line up (would like the Spec C but can't really afford it!).

03 WRX has sports seats, 03 STi8 has buckets. The WRX ones are OK IMHO, but the STi ones are excellent.
