Just wondering... there's an actual Subaru kit for this which includes the switch, bulbholder and wiring and fits straight into a few hidden holes which are already in place.

I'm going to pick up one of the kits, for more info look here. I can get the kits for £20 each including delivery to your door if you're quick cos I'm getting some stuff from the US really soon and can include you one in the order. Otherwise it will cost you about £70 to get a single one shipped

i installed the light in my Impreza:


actually worth the time it took to install
all the connectors/clips and such were already there...
just needed to pop the light in and then splice the wiring

I'm not sure I can add anyone to the order, it was placed last week but I'm still waiting a confirmation of the order going through as some parts were out of stock. Will get an update ASAP.

It's for MY98-00 although might fit other models I don't know - I believe it will fit new-age (some might come with the light as standard) but no idea about pre-97. Certainly fits my MY98 no probs.

I have one kit left if anyone's interested, and won't be getting any more as it's rediculously expensive to import these from the US unless you're getting loads of other stuff at the same time to spread the postage cost.

 

I'll take that last kit off your hands if you still have it
