can everyone post pics of where they choose to fit their knock and lambda links.

I am scratching my head as to where to put the damn things so they are visable. I am thinking of rehousing them tegether to make them smaller and easier on the eye.

Admittedly the Knock Link install is a little smarter than the Lambda Link

Do a search on Knock Link and Lambda link. I found an interesting one with photos of where to put them, basically on either side of the instrument pod, below the level of the instruments.

Have a look on "General Technical" thread called "What should my boost gauge read?"
At least, have a look when Brun posts the photo's for me, as my computer refuses point blank to let me post photo's.:

Cool

Gedi,

Mine are mounted below the stereo, as per pic below

In having them there they don`t distract you whilst driving at all.
They are also easy to see when u need 2 (during mapping etc)

I can see it.
It's in the centre dash above the head unit.
Looks very smart.

What's the best way to fix a Knocklink display in place (assuming you don't use a special pod)? Double-sided tape? Special adhesive?

The pictures Brun put up were my car.....my stupid computer refuses point blank to allow me to post pics

The displays come with double sided tape attached, which lets them fall straight back off, as the wires aren't all that flexible.:

I got round it by warming the d/s tape, and the place I wanted it to stick to with a hot air gun used VERY carefully with frequent finger type checking, then pressed into place, and held for 30 seconds.
They're still there:

if you`ve got the facelift classic model the lambdalink will fit in the right hand side (nearest drivers window) air vent, just above where BRUN has his mounted. fits perfectly
