Alu window switch mounting plate?

Does anybody know of any alternatives to the "cheap" plastic mounting plate for the electric window controls? Brushed alu style i.e?

I'd like to replace them along with some alu/steel door sills.

You could just paint them with some metallic paint.. (primed appropriately first of course) alternatively, you can get carbon ones from nitosport
