Have a look here, it's not about the Carbon dash, but I have that in my car and it's pretty good....

TSL do replacement dash pieces in carbon, looks pretty good if not pricey.

I'm trying to find a similar thing in brushed ally

I got the full carbon kit from Nitosport on my car.

Its complete replacement panels and not just stickers. Looks well nice
