Had a search but couldn't see any details.....I have a my97 and have bought one of the later Momo steering wheels with airbag....Now they have different connectors for the airbag on them Momo has 2 yellow wires and the my97 has 2 different coloured wires....Theres a 3rd wire but its not connected on either and from looking at a spring I removed from the old steering wheel it might be a ground that gets shorted with one of the other wires to make sure the airbag does not go off when you unplug it.......

My question is do I have to wire the 2 yellow momo wires the correct way around to the column or does it not matter ? Anybody done this upgrade.....Help !!!!!

 

think you will find one wire will be live one earth on each???let me know how you get one am doing same job very soon...if you like try.....scoobymods have seen a mention on there am sure....jase
