Can anybody tell me how the covers remove from the front doors and what size speakers do i need?

you need to take the screw outta the little hand grip thing in the door, and remove the plactic surround (just pops out) from around the door handle. the plastic door surround just uses poppers so from the bottom ease them out. be careful not to break any.

Speaker pods are 6" but require some re engineering if you is thinking about puttin something bigger in.

You may find there is also press clip through the door card, that is usually hidden by the dash when the door is closed
