I just changed my Nardi wheel for a momo one on a MY93 WRX (don't know if yours is the same) it was a 10 min job just prise off the horn push cover and you can see the 8 allen bolts in the center remove these then screw the momo wheel in it's place (no need for boss adaptor) then little faf about with the horn push and Bobs your mothers brother

hope your is as simple

I have changed mine today, I tried it without the Boss adaptor and it would not fit as the holes where on a different PCD, had to get a Momo hub @ £38 it took about 15 minutes to fit. Good luck!

iirc dont pull the horn out, dont try putting an allen key in allen key slots either
the silver stuff on the wheel will just peel off like an orange
grab it above the horn and pull..........gently
the stuff is very pliable, disconnect the horn,i think its a 19 mm socket holding the wheel in,un do it a little(not the whole way)
give the wheel a pull, tap from behind and hopefully youll have a steering wheel and boss in both hands and your front teeth still in your mouth
