Hi

Can anyone tell me how to remove the centre console on a new age car??

I have bought the STi Brushed Ally gear lever surround and I want to fit it.

Thanks

Don't think I had any problems, did it almost a year ago so can't be sure.
Just looked at my odments box (thing behind handbrake with lid) and it has two screws at the bottom can't be sure if removed these or not.
Best advice I was given is do every thing slowly and dont force anything as the replacement parts are very silly prices if you break them !

Richard

Did you fit the STi one or the one from the Scooby options list??

I have just tried to fit the STi one and I don't see how it will fit, I would have to cut the console to allow for the screw cups. Even then I don't think it will stay on.

I bought one from Nitrosport and it did not involve any cutting or drilling of holes !
