Roy,
I bought a set electro-luminescent dials from Nomad Racing (nomadracing.co.uk) about 6 months ago. They are superb and are a piece of p**s to fit as they slide over the existing dials. They can be changed to various shades of Green and Blue (about 20 different ones) via a switch supplied wth the kit. I can take some pics tomorrow for you if you want.
Cheers, Steve.

Roy,
Here are some pics for you to take a look at, I could only manage to take 3 but should give you an idea!
Yes the brightness can be adjusted via the switch supplied with the kit, which is also electro-luminescent. The switch has two adjustments one for the colour i.e. blue to green and the other adjusts the brightness on the the colour you chose. The pictures don't do the dials justice as they look ten time better in the flesh.
