where do I get seatbelt neck spacers from

I've seen these as standard on the P1's and STi's and they look really cool (as well as protection for your neck!!)

Where can get these from?

I think he means the little arms that pop out from the top of the seat belt on the pillar. Think these only come with the 2 door cars, suppose a dealer might have some hanging around though in parts
