Blanking panel next to MY99/00 fog light switches

In the row of four switch holes, the right hand two are used for fog switches. Trying to find one of the blank ones on the Subaru parts database so I can order one. My dealer has a habit of not finding the exact correct part I require. I had a display in one of the blanking panels which I have now removed and want a new blanking panel to fill the gap.

since you mentioned that part number, is there any online shop or site in the UK where I could order OEM parts or at least search for them?
I know a good address in the US (1stsubaruparts.com) but they're slow as hell!!
