Are the rear seats the same on say a MY99 for the 5 door and 4 door saloon ? I know the fronts are but wondered whether the folding bit is different ?

I have seen threads before that say they are the same. There might be two extra bolt holes in the back ones (I seem to remember this from some thread)but they dont interfere I beleieve and thus the seats are essentially the same.

If things work out for me today I'll be able to tell you for definate, since Im trying to buy a set of seats, that happen to be from a hatch, to put in my saloon, front and rear.

Ive asked before and been told they will bolt straight in. Proof is in the pudding.

Back seats in the 5 door are a different style than the 4 door - they have removable head restraints on the 5 door wheras the saloon's is just in one piece.

Dunno if the fixings are different though.
