Has anyone used an upholstery restorer to rectify such a problem.
A m8 has told me there are specialist car seat restorers around. Does anyone know of any?

No, but they sell duck tape to tape up her mouth so she cant smoke...!!!

Have you ever tried to get "that" off yer seats,yer headlining,yer mirror,yer CD cases,or yer screen.Not good.

Halfords do lovely furry zebra striped seat covers,very reasonable.Would clash with my fluffy dice tho' or i'd have some.
