Was hoping to transfer these from a MY96 onto MY01.

Can't get the accelerator pedal to fit, pin goes through the back on one side but can't get it through the other, is the metal pedal wider than the plastic one off the MY96.

Quite pi**ed off as was told they would fit, only had them 2 weeks, don't like wasting £85.00.

Has anyone managed to fit these pedals to a MY01, they are the STI ones with the pink logo.

Come on peoplse, someone must have tried to fit STI pedals to their WRX's.

The 01 WRX comes with aluminium pedals, are your STi ones better?
I had a 01 WRX and now have an 02 STi, I cant see the pedals are any different.

The STI pedals I have are from (I think) the older generation STI's. They have the pink STI logal on the accelerator pedal and footrest and have red/pink rubber inserts.

My MY01 has got the aluminium pedals but obviously after shelling out £85odd only 2 weeks ago (when I still had my MY96) I'd like to fit them to my new car as they are much better quality.

I think the STi pedals for the MY00 backwards are probably different to those fitted to the MY01 onwards.It's probably worth speakin to either Scoobymania or Jamie at JW Racing as both companies can source these pedals.They should be able to tell you more..........
A nice upgrade but a lot of money uh? (I considered them for my MY01 too )
