hi,
does anyone know how to get inside the electric window control pod thing on the drivers door, i have a rattle coming from inside, most likely a loose screw but cant get inside to sort it. its a MY94 jap if that makes a difference

 

Yep, had a problem with mine not so long back....

You'll need to remove the door card first :-

- undo one screw inside the door handle (the one you shut the door with from the INSIDE)

- the door card is now only held on by "poppers", gently pull the edge of the card away from the door and you'll feel the "poppers" pull out.

- "un-pop" all of these and lift the door card off making sure that you unplug the few electrical connectors.

- with the door card off you can now undo the four screws which are holding the window switch "pod" in place.
