Wondering it anyone can point me in the direction to where I can find the model these were fitted on, the dark wheel centre and buttons etc

Mine are silver and I want to darken the interior down

Looks like the MY11 steering wheel, although the trim around the door release and dash inserts are not flat black on mine but a dark metallic bronze type colour, so that pic could be of the s206 version... or not, just found a pic and the s206 is similar to the Cosworth with piano black inserts.
