hi my mate is 20 years old no no claims no points ans whats a 95 uk spec scooby. whats the best place for him to go??? any help or any young scooby owners out there if he can get below £1700 he will take it.

You're gonna be pushing it for that premium unless you go third party which aint worth the risk.

My advice would be to tell him to get atleast a couple of years NCD under his belt with something less sporty (Scooby's start at ins grp 19D). Try a Saxo VTR. Quick and cheapish.

Insurance companies don't help the young with very fast cars but there are insurance friendly companies out there for less hot cars.
