Well im trying to pay my car insurance on-line as i missed it last week. And i can pay it manually on-line with them. Enter the card number/expiry date etc. all 100% correct and sorted. Press submit payment..says it's processing.Then it goes back to the account overdue screen. Tried several times with 2 different car's but still the same story. One of the card's is already registered with them as it's set up as a direct debit usually.

I logged out and back in again ..Same old. So i emailed them. They just said pay it by the 5/04/13 or you policy will possible be cancelled. !!

I tried paying you. but it wont accept it at all.

Tried 3 different internet explorer's ( chrome, firefox, IE9)
2 Different cards both with cleared fund's in them.
both cards are in date and not cancelled.
cleared the cache on there website.

Still no luck. I have emailed them again. Yet they did not acknowledge the issues that i have stated above. Phoned the claim's team and they said there's nothing they can do There is no other phone number for them

Were do i go from here and has anyone else had similar experience. Really dont want my policy cancelled

Sounds horrendous. Try an insurer where you actually speak to a human being?

I would of chose either of yourselves or keith michael's. But most insurer's wouldnt touch me because of my age

Well quote me happy are utter ****, went and cancelled my insurance even after i paid the full amount. Due to a website error they cant correct it or attempt to sort it till next week. So my cars uninsured on trade plates from work for the time being. What a load of **** they are!! No one to phone or speak to and crap service.

Never go back to them ever!!
