Default Subaru Insurance...shocking!

Having sold my Bugeye WRX a few years back i am looking to get another one, this time a Blob WRX but the insurance quotes are double what i was paying when i was 26!! i am now 29 with no conv/claims, 8 yrs ncd, just me and the mrs driving.Bell quoted £1300!! i was hoping for around £650 ish. Only paid £800 when i was 3 years younger, who could help out? Moley gets mentioned a lot i have noticed.

just insured my car with moley, got a great deal, £550 with all mods declared on a 2004 sti.
way cheaper than anywhere else i tried.
i pm him on here and he phoned me back later the same day and all was sorted.

Direct Line insure mine with a tacker fitted for < £400, have always found them pretty competitive on Scoobs.

Thanks for the responses! i'll give moley a shout, just gotta find a decent car now.....most i've looked at have been fairly ropey tbh.

i'll try them too, just had a quote from SKY insurance at £700, still seems high for my age and a WRX.
