I left A-Plan because the level of cover from Gary was much more comprehensive. 5 out of my 6 years of scooby ownership have been covered by KM because the price, cover and service was unbeatable

It's a common story fella, unless you speak to Gary (can be hard to get him too of course!) there's no guarantee of a good quote / service.

Why bash KM's ? when a thanks A-Plan would have surficed

Did you read the sticky at the top of this forum ?

https://www.scoobynet.com/insurance-...ease-read.html

It's pretty clear how you get the best from KM's

If you do need a quote please call 0208 6427868 and ask for Gary Moulson

You can pm me on here, but be aware i get alot of pm's, and can't get back to everyone

Many thanks

Yes i did speak to Gary if you read my posts where I said he must of been having an off day

Yes a simple thanks to Aplan would have done, however I thought this forum was for letting other people know of there experiences good or bad.. this forum wouldnt be much use if people just made good comments all the time and left out the bad ones.

Not bashing anyone just telling it how it was

Im sure you have lots of other happy customers.

Is it ok for me to be bashed by bad customer service.. sorry my time is too valuable.

There seems to be a 'he' missing, so no exactly clear was it

Bash away, but if you want a reasoned response clarity is helpful

Not looking for a responce.. just sharing my experiences pal.

NOT COMMENTING ON THIS ANYMORE ITS GETTING SILLY NOW

Let's be pedantic then!

Sorry, just being childish! I just can't believe Gary was like that. I have dealt with his colleagues, who are probably a bit peeved that he gets all the attention, and can appear a bit @rsey but Gary is a joy to deal with. Just my two penneth.

Muppet

If you want a spelling argument I will let you correct yourself.

Fact is your post did not explicitly mention you had spoken to Gary and more led towards a general encounter with KM's. I replied offering advice as to how to get the best out of KM's by speaking with Gary only.

I wish you and you negativity well

And what aspect of my customer service didn't you like? Was i rude at all, or you just didn't like the price.

Feel free to pm me your details, as i'd like to check what i quoted.

Mmm

Always strange how relatively new /low posters complaine about Gary ?

I've (like many others ) used him for many years for my cars and always Gary gives me the best package ,price and is always great to deal with

And strange how I always get through to him or he rings me back

I've always had great service off Gary, I did stray last year but I was back again this year yeah it can sometimes be hard to get hold of him but it just takes a bit of patience, it's nice to be able to reel off a list of mods to somebody that actually knows what you are talking about.

Before people choose to post comments such as the one removed above, they need to be very aware of the potential for libel.

If you write such comments about a professional individual (as in this case) you need to be able to prove such statements - English law is very restrictive on this - the statement is considered FALSE until proven.

Thank you Kieran, what was posted was a complete lie, and shows how low some people will go just because i didn't give them a quote.

Ouch, sorry to hear about the arms!!!

Jeremy is a top bloke, and knows his stuff. He's had a highly modified STI Type R, and about 6-7 Evo's, so is another enthusiast.
