am i still covered to drive other cars??
i recently sold my scooby but havnt got a new car yet as working away. i havnt cancelled my insurance and it runs out in february. as im fully comp i can drive other cars as long as there insured by the owner and with their permission, but is my insurance void as ive sold my car?

No it isn't void, but a victim ( of the new owner ) can claim off you if it is crashed whilst having no insurance...

thanks dunx. yeah thats a bit dodgy. ive had the letter back off dvla saying its no longer mine. should be getting a new car within a month or so. but will need cover to drive it away from where i buy it from.
