Does anywhere offer something like this? My insurance on my old Golf runs out tomorrow, was hoping to have sold it before it ran out.

Options seem to be re-insure it or SORN it, given the new insurance rules. SORNing it would probably lower the chances of it selling but wondering if re-insuring is going to cost me a fortune in brokers commission and cancellation fees if the car sells within a week or 2. A second car policy for a month would be perfect but not sure if anywhere does them.

Anyone had any experience of this?

In most cases, you can insure it temporarily on your first vehicles insurance, normally costs between 30-50 per week.

Thanks Chris, got 2 weeks temp insurance for £67, should be long enough to get it sold through evilbay.
