Tried Adrian Flux who were coming in at over £1k.
Then tried Keith Michaels. Rang at 12:30 told to ring back as out to lunch. Rang at 2:30 told to ring back as still nobody available. Rang back at 3.30 still nobody available, told him this was the third time I had rang and so he put me through and said it might be an answering machine which it was. So I put the phone down. I think the guy is "Moley" who does it (seeing another thread he was on holiday) and must be the centre of the universe as they are useless without him! So I gave up on this, thank god I don't have insurance with them and trying to get a claim through!

Just re-newed mine with A-Plan at £770 up about £100 on previous year

I am back in today, but am trying to do everything left handed, so am very slow today.
(if you did have a claim it's our claims department how deal with it, not me, so an irrelevant comment really)
