Had a small chip in the windscreen,had one of these companies(can't remember which one) come round to fix it about a year ago(p*ss poor job) We didn't fill any forms out or even get in touch with our insurance company,they just came round and did it,just had a phone call from our new insurance company saying that becasuse we'd claimed on our insurance,our policy would now be going up.Our old policy was fully comp with protected no claims.

I work for Autoglass and this is very rare but can happen. I always tell my customers to check first but it doesnt affect your no-claims in 99.99 percent of times.

 

eeek, that's bad. Had mine done recently but I called Moley first to double check, had someone come the next day and it didn't cost me a penny
