Calling Moley Part II
Gary, I phoned to renew my policy with you on Friday. I was told that it couldn't be handled by anyone else in your absence so I left a message on your voice mail but never heard back.
The policy ran out on the 7th so had no choice but to go with another company.
Hopefully this won't happen next year when my scoobs policy comes up for renewal with you.
