Phoned up to confirm my quote with TESCO and they admitted they got it wrong after 22 quotes. Yep their system had 22 variations on quotes for me with various mods. The problem was something to do with incorrectly defining the STI7.
So a warning to those who have had these £600 quotes for their STI's. Check them again because you may find you are not covered.
Its been one disaster after another with TESCO in the quotes department I certainly will not be back. This looks like a typical example of a large retailer not fully understanding the market but seeing a window to make a fast buck.
Anyway Greenlight look as they know what they are doing, I will go there and pay the extra.

I agree went to Liv Vic for the MY00 Scoob and they treated me well. Renewal was over £1100 so shopped about. TESCO's first attempt was £590 at first attempt, then they just kept modifying it up to just under £1000. Got £835 with Greenlight, for an STI7 and a couple of mods think I got a decent deal. They will also allow me to go PPP when I get bored hehe.
Happy in the end.
