time taken to sort a claim??
time taken to sort a claim??
does it always take a long time??? insurers recieved the quote to repair last friday (15th) and still haven't heard a word.
can appreciate that they will be busy but surely it's more or less a case of repair costs too much, we'll write it off.
thought i or my repairers (scoobybits) may have been contacted by now
